LotMotion enables dealers, their employees, and vendors to quickly scan a VIN barcode in order to modify the status of a vehicle for the purposes of tracking, reporting, and increasing the performance of lot flow.

With our status system, account holders can track and time every step of the vehicle process from acquisition to consumer. They can see what processes vehicles are taking too long in (such as waiting on the dent guy, detail, waiting for stickers and photos, or transport from auction) keep employees and vendors accountable and performing as best they can, and track performance with numerous reports, charts and graphs.

Status changes can also notify parties via email when a vehicle is assigned a status, so that vendors and employees can be notified that a vehicle is waiting on them to process. They can also easily use the app to see what vehicles are assigned to a status that they are responsible for.

Vendors who have access to a lot can be granted or denied permissions to add vehicles, edit vehicle data, or delete vehicles.

Account holders can add an unlimited number of lots to their account, and lots can add an unlimited number of vendors who will have their own unique logins in order to best service lots they are authorized to service.

... and adding newly acquired vehicles to process tracking is a breeze. Just scan the VIN barcode, do a quick VIN decode, and tap to set the initial status.

Seeing how long a vehicle is in any process is a breeze as each vehicle displays time in process in easy to read language such as 4d, 6h, 43m. Vehicles that are too long in process change colors and show easy to see icons to help easily see problematic vehicles in a list.

Take control of your lot and get vehicles from acquisition to the lot and ready for sale quicker and quicker as you use LotMotion to hone in on who and what processes are not performing optimally. Over time you will see the historical charts and graphs reflect performance that you would have never thought possible.

LotMotion... keeping your lot in motion.
